Last summer I had the pleasure of working with an uber-cool group of Albuquerque creatives on this styled shoot at the Quarai Ruins in central New Mexico. It was the dreamiest day with oh so humble beginnings. I started making a few macramé wedding pieces in early 2017 with just a glimmer of a dream for a collaborative project. But alas, I struggled through severe morning sickness for those first few months of the year and planning anything was out of the question. Thankfully I reached out to some rad ladies, Amy at For The Love Events and photographer Elizabeth Wells, who took this tiny idea and blew it up beyond my expectations. Amy is a styling genius. Elizabeth is so gifted. I smiled and nodded at every suggestion. Thanks, ladies, for giving your time and talent to this project!
I am super thankful for all of the time and talent that went into this project. And I am pretty sure I need to convince Jesse to renew our vows so we can have our own boho-macrame-loveliness.
